Our newspaper collection is available for viewing at our Resource Centre from 10.00am to 3.00pm Wednesday, including:

• South Bourke & Mornington Journal from 1877
• Dandenong Journal from 1887 *
  - indexed from 1887 – 1931
  - Microfiche from 1877 – 1955 – also in the Dandenong Library
• Dandenong Advertiser from 1880 to 1950
• The News – fragments
• Berwick Times – fragments

We collect all three local papers:

• The Dandenong Journal
• Dandenong Leader
• Dandenong Star

Trove now has searchable copies of the South Bourke, Mornington Journal and the Dandenong Journal to 1954.
